Isolation Transformer [Industrial]Switching of electrical utilities in Industrial & Commercial environment generates spikes up to 6000 Volts & high frequency power line Noises.

The spikes can cause the failure of thyrestors, Micro-processors, or other active electronic device.

The high frequency noises can interfere with Digital-Electronic equipment causing data corruption, erratic behaviour, loss of memory etc.

PACE Ultra Isolation transformer is a product, which totally isolates the sensitive equipment from Mains power. Not only the spikes but also the noise in the R.F region on the common line i.e. neutral is isolated. Coupled with a servo stabilizer, it provides an answer to most of the power problems.

However besides being costly, it cannot compensate frequency drifts and sudden temporary blackouts even when coupled with stabilizer. For this you may require an additional UPS based on your requirement.

Applications

Protect the Computers, Servers, Networks, CNC Machines and Telecommunications equipments from damage due to electrical noise, spikes etc.
If ground potential of system units are different from each other and are exposed to the effects of instability at high frequencies
If ground of the equipment cannot be earthed
When no slightest current leakage is permitted in the equipment. Especially for computers and CNC controls less than 100 micro Amps is only permitted

When multiple Noise Cut-off transformers are used, the suppression effects increase in proportion. Therefore, the effects of cascading Noise Cutt-off Transformers is remarkable
To shield large number of electronic equipment which individually also are producing different types of electrical noise at a common bus bar typically CNC machines, Drives, Hardening equipment etc. The use of NCT, being bidirectional, prevents damage due to circulating noise interference within them.
