Warranty
All Pace products are warranted for 15 months from the date of supply & 12 months from the date of installation, against any manufacturing defects.
BENEFITS OF PACE WARRANTY :
PACE is always believed in providing onsite warranty
All engineering time & labor efforts to set right equipment supplied will be absolutely free of cost.
In events of equipment being taken to workshop for major/detailed/enhanced repairs, transportation to workshop shall be absolutely free of cost.
To ensure minimum down time, PACE will provide temporary replacement equipment in event of the same needed to be taken to workshop for major repairs.
In rare cases of totally un-repairable equipment duly certified by our engineer, supplied by PACE, same will be replaced free of cost.
All above benefits shall be available to all registered bonafide PACE customers strictly as per warrant registration terms & conditions laid down there off.

Annual Maintenance Contract [AMC]
AMC – Annual Maintenance Contract is the only way to ensure smooth & trouble free running of any electrical & electronic equipment. Preventive maintenance during AMC period provide much needed checking, cleaning, overhauling & testing for your equipment which in turn ensures uninterruptible running leading to zero down time. It also enhances life span of equipments.
PACE is happy to offer you two types of AMC e.g.
A]. Comprehensive AMC
B]. Non-comprehensive AMC
A]. Comprehensive AMC
Comprehensive AMC is an ideal solution for those who want peace of mind. This is an all inclusive contract with repairs cost & required spares, components etc. No additional charges levied once opted for Comprehensive AMC.
B]. Non-Comprehensive AMC
This is an only labor AMC where spares consumed do not form part of AMC & shall be charged extra as & when applicable.
Benefits of AMC:
Equipments under get priority over non warranty, non AMC equipment in service.
Periodic preventive maintenance [ 6 calls ] to check, clean, overhaul & test your equipment to ensure smooth & trouble free functioning of your equipment.
All breakdown calls are attended free of cost within 24 working hours of reporting the same.
Onsite service
The contract covers the working time of our expert engineers, technicians etc.
In event of equipment needed workshop repairs, transportation to & from workshop is absolutely free.
Replacement/stand by unit will be made available in case of equipment needed to be taken to workshop.
Equipments under AMC enjoy benefits of zero down time.
Well documented & recorded log card for customers & engineers to give full benefits of AMC
